Cinderella

I'm tired of waiting,
I'm tired of watching the days go by.
I'm tired of listening to the rain, tapping on the window pane.I don't wanna be like Cinderella,
waiting for my prince, to come and set me free.
I can rescue myself.I'm not gonna wait around.
I'm not gonna waist my life.
I'm not like all those fairytale princesses.I'm not gonna be like Cinderella.
Waitin' for my prince, to come and set me free.
I can rescue myself.One day my prince will come.
And that's all fine and dandy.
But right now I'm gonna spread my wings and fly
cause I don't want to be like Cinderella.
