The Wedding

Time flys past
One day blurs into the next
A special occasion draws nearer
And sleepless nights are endured
Preparations, preparations
Will it ever be perfect?
The day then arrives
You arrive at the venue
She enters, looking like an angel
A rush of emotions
A feeling of great joy and happiness
The day turns out perfect
Parents are sad but happy
Their daughter is theirs no more
A new life is begun together
Which you hope will last for eternity
