I Am

I am the hands of labor
my hands scar my living
my scars show my suffering
my suffering is a diffrent story
it's a story of survival
my survival is strong
and my scars will heal soon
the strength does dwell in my hands
I am the mind and key
of everlasting will to learning
I am life inside death,
death of the past
my death brings life
with stronger knowledge and new challenges
in my body dwells these things
in my hands, in my mind, in my soul
in my life dwells these things...
