Jedi Knight

Standing on a hill,
I looked down to see.
Hundreds of Sith,
looking at me.
I open myself,
up to the Force.
I lookk back on my life,
without remorse.
My journeys have led,
me to this one day.
I walk down the hill,
without any delay.
I now know,
that I serve the Good,
not the Evil surrounding me,
with which I had once stood.
The first wave of Sith,
advanced toward me.
Their faces etched with Evil,
and glowing with glee.
Twenty-five lightsabers,
ignited in a wave.
And I know that my life,
is what they all crave.
Gathering my legs,
I leapt to the sky.
And landed in their midst,
with a blood curdling cry.
They fell and they floundered,
crying out at my shout.
I ignited my saber,
thus starting the rout.
My lightsaber stopped,
as the wave's last Sith fell.
Another wave advanced,
crying out with a yell.
Slowing and circling,
they boxed me in.
I centered myself,
then looked up with a grin.
They all ran forward,
all coming in a rush.
With me as their target,
whom they all wished to crush.
I steped to the side,
tripping a few.
The rest paused and watched,
not knowing what I would do.
I jumped in their midst,
duck, roll, and slash.
Cutting them all down,
They fell with a crash.
Staring out I saw,
still more of them came.
Settling myself I knew,
their fate would be the same.
Finally I saw that,
they all prepared to attack.
They came running forward,
holding no one back.
I wove and I dove,
like an intricate dance.
I fought like the devil,
they fought as if in a trance.
With one more caress,
the last Sith fell to the ground.
I extinguished my blade,
walking toward the temple mound.
Entering the temple,
the Jedi Council I met.
They motioned to a chair,
and bade me to set.
I passed my last trial,
with that glorious fight.
They congratulated and welcomed me,
Giving me the title of 'Jedi Knight'.
I am a bringer,
and guardian of the Light.
With the force as my ally,
I will banish the Night.
