Layover:

~By Nobbe

These hours pass slowly.
The sounds of impatient
guests fill this hall
and strangers jam in
more. Suffocating
us that have
already waited hours.
Another page. More
movement, murmer'd appologies.
No one has energy left.
This coffin has had us
trapped for an eternity.
A stranger stares from
across the way. I
avoid his eyes, he
has a gun.
The rest of the
passengers are
unaware of what's
coming, only I know
and yet I fear not.
Clicks and Clacks fill
my mind. Shots
ring out into the
night and I accept
my fate. I'll wait
to die like the
rest of the train.
For we are headed to
death camps.
