Shooting Stars

I must live before I die;
A shooting star darts across the sky.
Gliding swiftly through the night,
Moving toward the Guiding Light.
Shining brightly as the sun,
Two stars together move as one.
It is one star, that star is us,
As against each galaxy we brush.
Holding hands to join the glow,
As two we falter....but as one we grow.
Burning with a sweetfire,
Soaring together, higher and higher.
