Addict

~By Trulaine

Something has Q worried;
That's why he's come back;
His eyes have become blurried;
That there's something Kat should lack.

What is it Kat desires?
What force could hold her thoughts?
What makes her burn like fires?
What is it that Kat wants?

Her handle proclaimed "addict"
As clear as sunset skies!
Would I could pass an edict
She be given vast supplies

Of whatever she is craving!
(A love slave or a turtle dove?)
It makes me go stark raving
Wond'ring what Kat's lacking of!

Is it chocolate or caffeine?
Is it friends or laughs or hugs?
Is it candy, sugar, or ice cream?
(We KNOW it can't be drugs!)

For what thing does our Kat pine?
Surely angels overlooked
The way for you to make thine
Whatever has you hooked!

Kat, our hearts are afflicted
And this I know is true:
Ev'ry peep here's addicted
To the joys of knowing you!

And if after all this time
That's something you can't see?
Kat, then listen to this rhyme!
Equal, equal, P!
