Halloween

~By Leia Deathstryke

Halloween night is coming,
The children go out to play
The gloomy look of the moon
Is beaming down on each lane.

Bags full of goodies
Bags full of treats,
Knock knock at the door
As you open up the gates

Scary costumes are all around
Children having fun
Money, treats and goodies are found
When there is no more sun.

The howling of the wind
Is drowned out by the screams
Of little children wandering by
Through the empty streets

2 to 3 hours
And people are getting tired
The children start to yawn
As there fun has been expired

Look at all the sweets
The children have received
It’s been a wonderful night
Full of shouts and screams

All we have to do
Is wait for the next Halloween night
For more fun and games
Including much more fright!!!!
