The darkness creeps
Ever closer to my door
My heart is pounding
As I reach for the door
Darkness consumes me
So empty so cold
All I ever wanted
Was to be with you
When we grow old
But I have failed
My role was too big
I messed up, I feel like a pig You were my light
My beacon of hope
But I walked out
Leaving you in the cold
I made my mistakes
We both made a few
But I just can't do this
Without you
The darkness consumes
Drags me to the depths of despair
But no matter how hard I fight
I keep falling into Hell
My love keeps me fighting
I will never give up
All I want is for you
To be happy my love
It may be without me
I have my demons to fight
But know I will
Be with you day and night
No matter the distance
From Heaven or Hell
I will always be with you
I can't leave my Angel
You are my strength
My will to carry on
Without you by my side
I don't know how long
I can try to climb back
But they keep pulling me in
My demons won't stop
Until they win
I am sorry
For all the pain that I caused
Know now, forever
That you are my cause
My reason for life
The love that keeps me warm
I will always be in your heart
