Through The Darkness

Screaming.
Tortuous, unrelenting,
Wrenching with all the might of betrayal.
Unknowing, bewildered,
Wandering as if blind.Scorching heat,
Consuming, compulsive,
Battered will chokes with denial.
Uncomprehending, confused,
Reaching without strength.Impaling rejection,
Fueled by inacceptance,
Clashing with fury.
The walls close in,
Suffocation.A light flickers.
