I lie here in the cool, dark corner And wonder what tomorrow brings, Never knowing where to turn Or what to do. Sitting in a cool, dark corner of my room, Sadness overcomes me. Filled with a void Is my body and soul. Where should I go? What shall I do? Who can I trust? Who shall I tell? A new day, A new light, Climbs through the broken glass Of a solitary window. A new tomorrow Brings new hope. A new tomorrow Brings new light.
