Unspoken

Why does she not speak the unspoken
Those words trapped so deep inside
I see the truth in her eyes
The tender touch of her hand
A smile so knowing
But words still left not spoken
Is it fear?
Is it doubt?
That if those words are spoken
Her ears will hear them repeated in return
