The Dragon And The Lady

~By Cibbi Moon

There once was a dragon named Sam
Whose roar was heard across the land,
he was green and blue
and was feared from here to Tucan.

There once was a lady
Fair and wise,
Who was called Lady Farial
She heard of the Dragon Sam
whose roar was was heard across the land
that was feared from here to Tucan,
all the men in her Queendom were afraid
Not so Lady Farial
She road her horse,
To the lair of Sam
and asked him over for tea.

Sam the Dragon,
Whose roar was heard across the land,
who was feared from here to Tucan
looked at the lady with lonely eyes
and replied "Sure"
So Sam and Farial flew
Over the sand
past Tucan
and back to her Queendom.

"TEA? Why he'll eat us alive"
the Queen's men shouted
"I trust him" the Queen replied with a start
at the end of the day,
no one alive would be found
around bodies lay
and words across the wall,
heard across the land
heard from here to Tucan

"NEVER TRUST A DRAGON!"
