Ode to Riker

The first officer of a starship
Commanded by Picard,
The noble William T. Riker
He really is quite hard,
Attractor of the ladies
He’s not a tub of lard,
Although he is not stupid
He’s no Shakespearian bard.
With many faithful collegues
Like Data, Worf and Crusher,
And closer ones like Troi
Who makes him go all mushy,
He’d even shaved his beard
Because he really likes her,
That is why they call him
The lovemaster, Will Riker
