You Are Gone Now

You've past away,
No longer here,
To whisper sweet stories and secrets in my ear.
I'll miss you always,
Never forget,
All the times we had together,
Watching the sunset:
But you have gone now,
No longer here,
This fate is also mine,
In the future near.
You're in a better place now,
No wars or fights,
This world it may not be perfect,
But with you it was alright.
It's hard for me to accept that you're gone,
Because I loved you so,
I will never forget you,
But I have got to let go:
'Cause you have gone now,
No longer here,
This fate is also mine,
In the future near.
You rest in peace now,
All calm and still,
You'll be happy as you lay here,
Just like I never will.
You'll look down and see me crying,
You will shed a single tear,
You'll wish that you were here,
Or even that I was there,
Because you know it's better where you are,
Than where I am here:
You are gone now,
No longer here,
This fate is also mine,
In the future near.
My hands are bloody,
My throat is cut,
My lips are blue,
And eyes in death, are tightly shut.
I'll see you soon dear,
Not long to wait,
I just hope they let me in,
Behind the golden gates,
Hope they can forgive me,
For I have sinned,
Just please, please, please, please,
Please let me in.
If they don't let me in,
I'll go down below,
Down through the gates of Hell,
Where the lavas flow,
I'll serve Satan forever,
For all eternity,
Never be up there with you,
Happy and free:
You are gone now,
You're up above,
Don't know if we'll meet again,
But you should know, it's you I love.
My love for you,
It must show,
Did you hear the wonderful news,
Do you know?
Our love will bring us together,
We will never again be apart,
They are giving me another chance,
They've had a change of heart,
I'll see you soon dear,
Not long to wait,
This time I know for sure,
I'll get through those gates.
