It seems just like yesterday
This ring on my finger you placed
Before God, family and friends
Our Holy vows we made.The years have come and gone
So quickly speeding by
Yet I still see the passion
Of love reflecting in your eyes.And with just one look
Which is meant only for me
You still have the power
To possess every part of me.You still give me goosebumps
With your warm and gentle touch
Making my heart rapidly beat
The same way when we were young.Finishing each other sentences
Reading each others minds
Nothing can come between us
Because our souls are intertwined.There is beauty of many kinds
All of which you still behold
The essence of Gods creation
A Love more precious than gold.No matter what statistics say
About old love that fades away
Our Love only grows stronger
and deeper, Yesterday and Today.
