I Want Your Name

you walked by
I dont know how but you caught my eye
I dont know your name
or anything about you
all I know is I'm dying here without you
are you nice or are you crude
are you caring or are you careless
I just want to meet you
just to learn your name
maybe then I will stop thinking about you
or at least I will know your name
I remember the face
I remember the walk
I remember the way I felt when you passed
I remember the look you made
If only I knew your name
do you give or do you take?
for your heart I will not break
just let me speak to him
I want the time of day
I want just one second to learn his name
