Where Are We Going?

The future is open,
The past is closed,
The present is ajar,
God only knows.Where are we going?
When do we stop?
Is there an ending?
Is there a mountain top?I cannot prove it,
I cannot reason,
But I believe it,
Though all call it treason.The Lord is open,
He's let me in,
To His family of eternity,
To join His kin.
