The Fall

~Da silly Wan (Dommie)

Leaves floating down,
After they turned orange, purple and brown.
All the colors of the rainbow,
Laying on the ground.
Wind whispering through trees,
Rain tricking on windows,
Birds flying to the south,
And people running to hide.
Darkness appearing,
Light losing time,
And coldness’ coming close.
Even in this sad time,
Brightness of life,
Makes the fall a nice time to live.
