The follow-up to their 2002 album "Stop" Plain White T's didn't disappoint with their meaningful and powerful songs. This album showcases their talents, and hits cords with people around the world.

They start off with "All That We Needed" a tale of a desperate plea to a lover to stay together, followed by "Revenge" which lets out a lot of anger. "Take Me Away" is about the torturous thought of seeing an ex girlfriend with another guy.

The album continues it's melodies in despair with "My Only One," "Sad Story" and "Breakdown" the latter a tale of a person who has seen a lot in his lifetime and just wants to drive away from it all.

The eighth song of the Album is where we see a more upbeat tunes with "Lazy Day Afternoon" followed by a Melodramatic "Anything" a tale of a man desperately trying to understand his dillema. Afterwards, "Sing My Best" brings a semi-happy melody about wanting to sing, and let out the stresses of everyday life.

The last track of the album became a number one hit across the globe and was re-released in 2007. "Hey There Delilah" is a tale of a burning passion for a lover in New York City named...Delilah of course.

The song is a very moving tribute to a relationship as well as a promise with words such as "I know times are getting hard, but just believe me girl someday I'll pay the bills with this guitar, we'll have it good," and "A thousand miles seems pretty far, but they've got planes and trains and cars I'd walk to you if I had no other way." The song grew with people and made it a hit.

All-in-all, "All That We Needed" is a good testimonial to the trials and strengths of each human being. And a very well made album.
